two, depending on customers' specific needs. We also open to
innovative & mutually profitable partnership arrangements with
customers.
e Power Ten offers to set-up dedicated Offshore Development Centres
(ODC) for customers. The ODC's are essentially extensions of customers'
IT teams, but operate as separate entities. e Power Ten offers simple
and flexible contracting models like Joint Ventures, Equity Participation,
Build Own Operate Transfer (BOOT), etc to set-up a full-fledged ODC.
